Social Media Manager

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to play a critical role in the growth of our social media presence and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction to the Social Media Strategist in the design, planning and execution of social media campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new stations, new content, etc.
  • Plan and develop a social media content calendar for relevant platforms
  • Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels
  • Research competitor strategies and industry trends
  • Set KPIs for social media campaigns and measure performance against them
  • Report to the management team regularly on campaign effectiveness, build social media recap reports
  • Curate, expand and develop relationships with partners for campaigns and events

Required Capabilities:

  • At least 5 years of related experience in Social Media management
  • Proficiency with major social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
  • Direct experience using social media management tools
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • General understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects/campaigns at once
  • Ability to craft creative content copy; copywriting and copy-editing skills
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
