Social Media Manager
We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to play a critical role in the growth of our social media presence and brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direction to the Social Media Strategist in the design, planning and execution of social media campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new stations, new content, etc.
- Plan and develop a social media content calendar for relevant platforms
- Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels
- Research competitor strategies and industry trends
- Set KPIs for social media campaigns and measure performance against them
- Report to the management team regularly on campaign effectiveness, build social media recap reports
- Curate, expand and develop relationships with partners for campaigns and events
Required Capabilities:
- At least 5 years of related experience in Social Media management
- Proficiency with major social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Direct experience using social media management tools
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- General understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects/campaigns at once
- Ability to craft creative content copy; copywriting and copy-editing skills
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
