Part-Time Receptionist

Syncbak is looking for a friendly and welcoming part-time receptionist to join our growing company. As a receptionist, you will serve as a positive first impression of the company and also perform a variety of administrative tasks. The hours for the position are Monday-Friday from 9:00AM – 3:00PM.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a receptionist; experience in customer service or related field
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • Comfortable interfacing with various levels of staff and management while working in a fast-paced environment

What you’ll do:

  • Welcome visitors at the front desk by greeting, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls; taking messages if necessary
  • Receiving and distributing daily mail and other deliveries
  • Preparing packages and arranging couriers for outgoing items
  • Prepare meeting and training rooms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Prepare correspondence and documents
  • Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
  • Assist colleagues with administrative tasks as needed
