Information Security Officer
The Information Security Officer (ISO) is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s information security program. The ISO will work closely with the CTO and other members of the team to ensure that the company’s information assets are protected from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, disruption, modification, or destruction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement information security policies and procedures
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the information security program
- Manage and maintain the company’s information security infrastructure
- Conduct security awareness training for employees
- Respond to and investigate security incidents
- Collaborate with law enforcement and other organizations to investigate and prosecute security breaches
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in information security
- Proficiency in security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption
- Experience with cloud security
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
